This notice explains how we process personal data when you use plozarintrxor.ddd. It is written to reflect the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) as defined in the Data Protection Act 2018 and related guidance from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Scope
The notice covers browsing this brochure site, submitting the contact form, negotiating or performing editorial contracts, and managing cookie preferences stored on your device.
Categories of personal data
We may process identity and contact data (name, email address, telephone number if you supply it), the content of your message, professional affiliation if relevant, limited technical data such as browser type when server logs are enabled, contractual correspondence, invoicing identifiers, and cookie preference flags stored in localStorage in your browser.
We do not seek special category data (for example health data) through this site. Please do not send it in the contact form; if it arrives inadvertently we will delete it unless there is an overriding legal reason to retain it.
Purposes and lawful bases
| Activity | Lawful basis (UK GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Answering enquiries | Article 6(1)(b) performance of a contract or steps at your request prior to entering a contract |
| Delivering paid editorial work | Article 6(1)(b) performance of a contract |
| Storing cookie consent choices | Article 6(1)(c) legal obligation where applicable, supplemented by Article 6(1)(a) consent for optional cookies where PECR requires it |
| Keeping accounting records | Article 6(1)(c) legal obligation (tax and company law) |
| Resolving disputes | Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interests in obtaining legal advice and defending claims, balanced against your rights |
Electronic marketing (PECR)
We will not send you email marketing unless you have given clear consent or another lawful exemption under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) applies. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time; transactional messages about an existing contract are not marketing.
Recipients and processors
We use hosting, email, and (if enabled with your consent) analytics or marketing subprocessors. Written contracts require processors to apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. Some processors may be based outside the United Kingdom; where personal data is transferred internationally we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, addendum, or adequacy regulations as applicable.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiry data is deleted or anonymised within twenty-four months unless a dispute or insurance requirement needs a longer period. Contract and accounting records are kept for seven years from the end of the financial year in which the transaction occurred unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs, if used, are rotated within ninety days.
Security
Access to inboxes and project folders is limited to staff who need it. Portable devices are encrypted where supported. We review access permissions when roles change.
Your rights
Subject to conditions in UK data protection law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection (including to direct marketing), and data portability in certain cases. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You may complain to the ICO, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF (ico.org.uk). We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter.
Data Protection Officer
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because we are not required to under Article 37 UK GDPR. The controller contact details at the top of this page are the correct channel for data protection queries.
Automated decision-making
We do not carry out solely automated decision-making, including profiling, which produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Children
This site is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate guardian authority.
Changes
We will update this page when our processing changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for a reasonable period.
