Cancellation, returns, and refunds
Plozarintrxor supplies bespoke editorial guides, workshop materials, and related digital files. This policy works alongside your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where you buy at distance, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“CCR”). Guidance is also available from Citizens Advice.
Cooling-off for distance contracts
If you are a consumer and you purchase services at distance, you normally have fourteen calendar days from the day after contract formation to cancel under the CCR unless an exception applies (for example where you asked us to begin work during the cooling-off period and acknowledged you would lose the right to cancel once the service was fully performed).
Digital content
Where digital content is supplied and you expressly consent to immediate delivery before the end of any cancellation period, you may lose the right to cancel once delivery begins, to the extent permitted by law. If digital files are materially non-conforming, you may have repair, replacement, or (where appropriate) price reduction or refund rights under the Consumer Rights Act.
Defective deliverables
If a final PDF or similar file is materially defective (for example missing pages or incorrect route identifier), notify us in writing within thirty days of delivery. We will repair or replace without charge where the defect is ours.
Workshops
Deposits are refundable until twenty-one days before the scheduled United Kingdom session date, less any non-recoverable venue charges we have already paid on your written instruction. Cancellations inside twenty-one days may forfeit the deposit unless we resell the slot.
Invoiced milestones
Stage invoices reflect milestones set out in your agreement. Query an invoice within fourteen days of the invoice date. Agreed credits are applied to the next invoice unless statute requires an immediate refund.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email managers@plozarintrxor.world with your name, contract reference, and whether you are exercising statutory cancellation or reporting a defect. We acknowledge within five UK working days and aim to conclude review within twenty UK working days unless payment intermediaries need longer.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can correct genuine billing errors and keep records straight.
